Ingredients
2 tablespoons Corn oil

1 teaspoon Mix herbs
1 string Curry leave
2 Onion, blended
10g Ginger, blended
2 Fresh chili, blended

3 tablespoons Coriander powder
2 teaspoons Cumin powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Fennel powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 teaspoons Chili powder
500g Ikan tenggiri, cleaned and washed

2 Tomato, cut into wedges

30g Tamarind, mix with 100ml Water
400ml Water
1⁄2 cup Lactel Natural Set Yogurt
2 cubes MAGGI® IKAN BILIS CUBE

Heat oil in a pot, mix ingredients A and B, except the fish. Stir fry until oil separated and fragrant.

Add in ingredient C and ikan tenggiri, let it boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve while hot.
